English Introduction

Bullying refers to repeated aggressive behavior—whether verbal, physical, social, or online—intended to hurt, humiliate, or isolate others. In schools, common forms of bullying include name-calling, physical aggression, cyberbullying, and social exclusion. Such actions can damage a child’s confidence, affect academic performance, and even cause long-lasting emotional trauma.

The essence of anti-bullying is respect, empathy, and inclusiveness. Everyone should learn to recognize others’ feelings, speak up against bullying, and offer support to peers who may be suffering in silence. Schools, families, and communities must work together to build a safe and caring environment where children can grow with dignity and confidence.

Through coloring activities, children can not only express creativity but also absorb the message of “say no to bullying.” By combining fun with education, we help the next generation internalize positive values in a meaningful way.
